NEWS

July 2010 - "Memostick" capability installed.  We are pleased to be able to offer our customers the possibility to place removable advertsing notes onto the front pages of their publications.  These removable labels are typically used for high impact, short term advertising campaigns promoting special offers or new store openings and typically have a redemption value.  Therefore the advertiser can easily assess the effectiveness of their campaign.  This advertising tool is proving hugely popular in Europe and the United Kingdom with betting shops, fast food outlets, motor dealers, DIY and hardware stores and is an excellent source of additional revenue for publishers.  www.memostick.ch/index.php/lang=e

April 2010 - Kilkenny Reporter: Starting in week 14 Webprint will be printing the newly launched Kilkenny Reporter.  We wish the Kiknenny Reporter team every success in their new venture.

March 2010 – Weekly Observer, Vale Star, Mallow Star: We are pleased to announce we have been appointed to print these 3 weekly titles beginning in week 10.  Key factors in winning this important contract were keen prices, demonstrated consistent high quality colour reproduction capability and attention to detail in all aspects of product and service quality.

March 2010 – Gaelsceál: We are also pleased to announce we have been awarded the contract in the face of stiff competition to print the new Irish Language newspaper, Gaelsceál.  Gaelsceál’s first edition will appear on March 26th.  An important factor in winning this contract was Webprint’s ability to efficiently and economically deliver standard bulk bundles of newspaper, dedicated labelled bundles for bulk and courier distribution and singly packed postal copies sorted into AnPost hub-specific mail sacks.

March 2010 – Commercial Leaflets: Since the start of this year the number of commercial leaflets printed at Webprint continues to grow and several jobs every week are printed for national and multinational consumer goods distributors and retailers, local hardware stores and regional hardware chain stores.  Print runs range from a few thousand for point of sale material in stores to several hundred thousand for insertion into national and local press or for door to door distribution by specialist companies or by AnPost.  Advertisers find the economical printing costs and fast turnaround times a significant bonus compared to using more the traditional heat set commercial print while reproduction quality on standard and improved newsprint is of an exceptionally high standard.

January 2010 - Buy&Sell contract extended: We are pleased to announce that after an extensive tendering process Buy&Sell has chosen to extend its contract to print all of its titles at Webprint for 2010. Webprint was chosen because of its competitive price offer, high quality standards and flexibility in dealing with customers requests.
